Upscale Film was founded 02/22/2022 by Azeez Alayah who is a renowned photographer and videographer throughout not only the Chicagoland area but the whole world.

The Upscale brand started with the creation of 5 beautiful photo studios in the South Loop of Chicago. After becoming the top booked studio space in Chicago, we have worked with tons of various artists and have seen what is needed in the video production and film industry.

We are passionate about making Chicago the film capital of the world. Far too many people leave to move to L.A., Miami, or New York for production. Chicago is the home of millions of talented artists whose voices need to be heard. That is why we created Upscale Film – to uplift the voices of the artists of Chicago and to create a vision for the future that promotes creativity, community, and most importantly the City we love.
